Policy and Guarantee

1. How To Order: You can either call us (toll-free) at: 1-866-337-4647 and talk to a GIA diamond grading graduate that will be happy to assist you. Or, simply submit your order or request more information directly by using our Order Form. When you select the diamond of your choice, we will enable you to view the diamond at your convenience.
2. Payment Options: We accept Money Order or Cashiers Check and ship the diamond upon receiving your payment. We also accept personal check but, shipping will be delayed until check clears.  If you wish, you can  utilize an online Escrow service. 
3. Shipping Policy: After receiving your order, we will confirm with you and make arrangements for the best possible form of delivery.  We can arrange for overnight Federal Express shipping.
4. Return Policy:  We have a fourteen (14) day return policy if merchandise has not been damaged or altered (from viewing date).  Before the return of any merchandise call us to get full instructions.  If your diamond is not everything you hoped for, we will give you a full refund less shipping and handling costs or send you another choice.  We encourage you to compare our quality and price.
